All Sales Are Final

Each magnet is printed on demand using the photos you upload, so we aren't able to offer returns or refunds on completed orders. Please take a moment at checkout to double-check your photos, sizes, and quantities before placing the order.

Defective Items & Exchanges

Mistakes happen. If your order shows up damaged or with a printing issue on our end, we'll reprint it for you, free of charge.

Here's how:

• Reach out within 7 days of delivery.
• Include your order number and a photo of the issue.
• We'll reply within a couple of business days.
• If it's on us, a replacement ships out at no extra cost.

Heads up — this only covers issues caused by us. Photos that came out blurry, wrong photos uploaded, or other order details that were submitted incorrectly aren't eligible.

Bulk Orders

For larger orders, we send a digital proof before anything is printed so you can sign off on the look. Once it's approved, we get to work — and changes can't be made after that point.

   Order Placed

   We receive your bulk order and start putting your proof together.

   Proof For Review

   You'll get a digital proof to look over. Tweak anything you'd like before giving the green light.

   Production Starts

   After your approval, we move into production. No edits, refunds, or cancellations from this step on.

   Order Shipped

   We pack everything carefully and ship it out to you.

Once you approve your proof, you're confirming everything is good to go — photos, sizes, and quantities included. We can't be responsible for anything missed at the proof stage.
